I got a case on mine. If I spent $399 on something, I want it protected and in great condition. I did the same for my Apple Watch 9 and am glad I did because trading it for the 10 made a huge difference with my credit towards it lol.
I run it with a case.
Yeah, it’s uglier. But if I scratch it or break it, it’s me who pays for it, not others.
All this to say: run it as you like, because you’re the one who paid/pays for it.

Don’t take it off just because people on this forum don’t like it. I had a case on mine (44mm SE) and people on this forum told me “take it off! The Apple Watch is made to resist things so the case only damages it!” Well, guess what? No case led to several scratches. Don’t listen to people’s “advice” on cases.
Why do you care about what a bunch of strangers on this forum think? Do what makes you happy and if you like it, wear it. Personally, I thought the case looked cute.
