Thanks. I’ll definitely go to the Apple Store after my vacation. I was even thinking about switching to Android because this overheating problem is driving me crazy, especially after spending so much on this phone.
Definitely head to the Apple Store. Something’s not right, and for the price of these phones, you shouldn’t have to deal with this. Hope it gets sorted for you!

I’d say contact Apple too. I switched from Samsung to the 15 Pro Max, and I spent a lot on Samsung as well, but this one’s been better for me.
