I just learned this from a comment on another post. I replied to some comments sharing the same info and realized there are many who don’t know about it. So, here’s a post about it.
That’s not a good feature for me to know about. I’d never get out of bed.

I had to turn this feature off because of that. Somehow, I learned to turn off my alarms in my sleep without waking up or remembering it.
@Micah
This is the real TIL. How do I disable the feature? I also struggle with turning off my alarm while sleeping.

Go to the Watch app → Clock → Push Alerts from iPhone (toggle it off).
@Micah
Oh, but this would remove the watch alarm entirely if I set it on my watch… not an option I’m willing to choose, but thanks!

I don’t think it affects watch alarms at all. I just tested it—asked Siri on my watch to set an alarm, and I still got the buzz while having that setting turned off. It seems to treat watch alarms differently, and the setting only affects alarms set on your phone.
I recommend you test it yourself, but I’m pretty sure this will help improve your quality of life for morning alarms set on your phone.
@Micah
Is the sleep schedule alarm not considered an iPhone alarm?

Not sure. Turning off notifications for the clock app might not work for sleep schedules because they are set through the health app. If snoozing with your watch is causing issues, then I’d test it to be sure. My wake-up time varies daily, so I set alarms manually the night before using the clock app on my phone. With how Apple seems to differentiate between watch and phone alarms, it might work for you without losing buzzing for watch alarms.
Shouldn’t take too long to create a fake sleep schedule for testing. If you do, please let me know what you find because I’m curious now.
@Micah
Exactly what I would do.
Does no one look at watch documentation anymore? It’s not like it’s hidden away.

Well, I hardly open my eyes to find the snooze button /s.
@Bo
Ah, so you didn’t read the manual.

Sadly, I did, from start to finish. But I won’t try to remember every detail of something I can access online anytime.
Hint: You don’t need to read it cover to cover.
Watching the videos after major updates shows all the changes/additions you can test in real-time, making it much easier to absorb.
@Bo
So you know how to do these things but can’t retain any useful info.
Yeah, you sound really on top of it.

Are you unable to read? I said I didn’t memorize it. I also said I’m not the one having an issue with the watch.
Don’t be a troll and also be stupid. Pick one.

People hate figuring things out on their own. Some of these posts are infuriating, lol.
TIL you can change complications.
TIL, thanks OP!
That explains why I always miss my alarms!
Whaaaaat?
I love you already.
