waiting for the rest of the launches
I currently am using a 27 inch iMac at work and I am not going to a smaller screen. I am currently trying to convince my manager to let me use a studio display and Mac mini setup.
How long until a mini gets an M4? And does anyone know why they’re so stubborn about not building a 27” mac?

Should be tomorrow or Wednesday, the rumours leading up to today said to expect a new iMac, completely redesigned Mac mini and new MacBook pros

No. 24in is way too small. 27 is my minimum, and these days I run a 4k OLED 42in TV as a monitor, and have done so for a year. I realize that I am the exception, not the rule, but apple really should make a larger display version. Maybe a 27in, and a “plus” version with a 32in screen.
Is it only going to be offered with base M4 chip? No M4Pro or M4Max?

Correct. iMac, like the MacBook Air, is a consumer-tiered product.

I’ll get one when I can get a 27".
I still use my iMac 27 from 2017. A 24 model is too small.
I’m debating it. I’m saving up to buy my first Mac and I love the look of iMacs. It’s very tempting
24 inch and still a white face - NOPE.

I like it. Makes sense for the use case these are in. Typically, people’s rooms are white and the white Velez allows the edge to just melt into the background. At night, it gets dark as well. I was genuinely looking at my TV yesterday and thought how much cooler it would look with white bezels. Then there wouldn’t be a black border around my screen.
nope
nope
No.
27” or no go on this one.
iMac no. Mac mini yes
Intel iMac and M1 iMac is more than 4 years old. Why tf are they comparing speeds with those. Apples comparisons are almost always idiotic
