I just love how the red night mode looks. Wish every watch had it!
Yeah, seriously! Why don’t they let every watch face have night mode?
It would be awesome if they extended night mode to more parts of the interface, like notifications and the control center.

Good point! I don’t use night mode often, but this would definitely be useful.

There used to be an all-red mode for the modular face. I think they took it out when the Ultra face came along.

Pretty annoying when they limit features like this to push the more expensive models.

It makes sense if you have bad eyesight. The eye’s cones for red light might not be as sensitive, plus red has a longer wavelength, making it harder to focus on compared to other colors like green or blue.

Honestly, my favorite Ultra Watch feature.
They made the Series 10 bigger than the non-Ultra models, yet they haven’t updated the watch faces to use that extra space. Pretty disappointed we don’t get the all-red face on the S10.

Yeah, Apple’s being a bit lazy here. Only 4 watch faces even support the 1hz refresh rate, and even apps like the timer don’t use it.
