Don’t tell me to update…
Just update it. What’s the issue?

I don’t update my Apple devices unless I have to. Once I find a stable version without major bugs, I stick with it. Apple’s software updates have been way too unreliable lately.
@Porter
This is just a security update. No big changes. But do whatever works for you.

Not trying to be rude, but I’ve never heard of anyone actually having a problem because they skipped a security update.
@Porter
Alright, you do you lol.

This is why people get annoyed with Apple fans. I ask a simple question and suddenly everyone acts like I insulted their whole family.
Go to settings on your phone > notifications > Watch > turn off notifications.
But seriously, just update your watch.

I just want to stop the update notifications, not turn off all notifications.
@Porter
I don’t think the watch app sends any other notifications besides updates.

It sends notifications for all installed apps, not just updates.
I have the same issue with my AW7 on watchOS 9.5.1. Every time I enter my password or put it on after charging, I get a new update notification.
Have you tried turning it off and back on?
If that doesn’t work, have you tried putting it in rice?
If that still doesn’t work, just update it lol.

Putting it in rice? Never knew you could charge it with rice.
What’s the issue? Mine only reminds me when an update is actually needed.

It doesn’t NEED to update.
You already know how to stop it, don’t you?
