Why does my watch show so many burned calories... am I doing something wrong?

Honestly, that doesn’t seem too bad to me. A regular outdoor walk usually doesn’t burn a huge number of calories.

Maybe check if you entered your weight and measurements correctly.

Make sure your height, weight, and age are set correctly in the Health settings.

It’s all correct: 36 years old, 5’8" (179 cm), 198 lbs (90 kg).

You ran 3.85 miles in 26 minutes, that’s about 6:45 per mile? I can see how you’d burn that many calories in that time.

I did 3.85 miles in 24 hours… 8k steps.

Yeah, that still makes sense.

@Weston
What does “Noch” mean?

I think it’s German? Maybe a typo or autocorrect mistake?

Can you explain it a bit more?

It’s actually pretty normal. 6.2 km would be like walking for 90 minutes, so that could have burned that many calories. But if you didn’t walk the whole time, maybe it wasn’t counted as activity.
