Why do MacBook keyboards wear out so fast?

I type a lot, and this picture was taken right after I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe. It’s just worn out.

That’s just how friction works. Honestly, no other laptop keyboard would get this much scrutiny.

Honestly, I think Apple’s large trackpads make up for the keyboard wear. I love them.
