Do you make use of the back tap function? If so, what double and triple tap actions do you have? With a shortcut, I can capture a screenshot for the double tap and save it to the clipboard or control center for the triple tap.
I use the back tap feature on my iPhone, too. For the double tap, I have it set to take a screenshot, and for the triple tap, I use it to open the Control Center. It’s super handy for quick actions.

I made use of the fact it’s always triggering by accident. I have it run a shortcut which among other things changes my watch face depending on the weather, my upcoming calendar, and my upcoming reminders. None of these three things are able to trigger an automation when, for example there’s rain forecast within the next hour so my falsely triggered backtap shortcut checks these things each time it runs and does stuff accordingly, all in the background without any input from me. It works well during a workday when I’m constantly picking up and putting down the phone.
