I can’t get my left Air Pod to connect, I’ve reset them so many times, logged out of my Apple ID, restarted my phone, and even tried adjusting it in the case but nothing seems to work
Connecting the AirPods to my laptop first worked for me. Give it a shot
Have you tried cleaning the slot with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol?

I came here to say this too. Mine doesn’t charge properly and I just keep cleaning them to fix it
Did you drop it? Do you wear the left one by itself sometimes? How often do you clean them? Is there wax buildup around the charging contacts?
I understand what you’re going through. My first gen Pros left one stopped working last week. I had to upgrade to the second gen because nothing I did helped
Use a thin stick or brush to clean the area where you insert the AirPod. It might not be charging due to dust blocking the contacts
I have the same issue with my AirPods 2. They won’t show up, so I just accepted it. If you have Apple Care, maybe go to Apple
Take it to Apple, there’s not much else you can do
Same thing with my third gen. At first, only the right one connects to my iPhone. I’ve tried resetting it but it still won’t show up on Bluetooth
It might be wet or maybe it’s not your headphone
Have you tried connecting to a different device?
AirPods don’t last long. My girlfriend is on her third set, and it seems one always fails right after the warranty ends

Really? I know people who still use their first and second gen AirPods with no issues
@Madden
That’s not our experience… maybe bad luck or bad batches
That sounds frustrating. If you’ve done all that, cleaning the charging contacts might help. Have you tried that?

I had this issue too, I cleaned the copper contacts inside the case and it worked again
@Daryl
How did you clean it?
It sounds like it needs to be replaced
I had a similar issue with my AirPods 2. What worked for me was keeping the faulty one in the case and charging it for a few hours. It doesn’t charge to 100% anymore though
