You can copy the  symbol and paste it into the monogram field when customising the face.

It’s the California dial with Arabic numerals in a rectangle layout.

Actually, it’s Meridian, but you’re right about the monogram being the Apple logo.

How do you even get the Apple logo on there?

Search for the Apple logo symbol online, then copy and paste it into the monogram field.

Same here! Mentioned that once and got roasted for not using the band made for the Ultra.
