If you have Apple Care+, they’ll replace it for a fee. If it’s just regular Apple Care, they probably won’t, but it’s worth asking. Try using the Apple Support app. Hope you get it sorted.
I’d be so frustrated. Hope you get it fixed soon.
If you have AppleCare+, it’s about £79 to fix. Without it, you’re looking at £669 if you’ve got an iPhone 15 Pro. You can check Apple’s repair cost estimate online—just go to their site and scroll to the ‘Other Damage’ section for your model.
If you’ve got AppleCare+, calling support and requesting an express exchange might be the quickest way. That way, you’re not without a phone for long.

Not really the fastest way. You can go to an Apple Store and get a full replacement the same day. With express exchange, you’d be without your phone for at least a day or two, plus they put a $1,000 hold on your credit card. If you can go in person, you just pay $99 and walk out with a new one.

Not everyone lives near an Apple Store.

I get that, but I just wanted to clarify that express exchange isn’t always the best or only option. If someone is close to a store and wants a new phone immediately, going in person is the way to go.
@Kai
Express exchange is still the best way to get a replacement without losing access to your phone. They send a new one first, hold a deposit on your card, and you send the broken one back. If you go to a store, they might not have the exact model in stock, and you’d have to wait anyway.
@Phoenix
The original poster said their phone is stuck in a boot loop every 10 seconds. Their best bet is to go in-store for a full replacement. Not everyone wants to deal with a $1,000 hold on their card, and if something happens in transit, they’re on the hook. In-store replacements are stress-free—you leave with a new phone the same day.
@Kai
That’s true if the store has stock. If they don’t, you’re waiting anyway. Express exchange guarantees a replacement if the model is available.

Most stores keep replacements for situations like this. Even if they don’t, they can get one transferred overnight. Stores are usually the easiest way to get a guaranteed replacement without the hassle of credit holds and shipping risks.
