Should I go for iPhone 15 or iPhone 16… need help

Hey everyone, I’m finally ready to upgrade from my iPhone X but I can’t decide between the iPhone 15 and the iPhone 16. I really want something with good battery life. What would you suggest?

I’d recommend the iPhone 16 since you’ll get an extra year of iOS updates.

Actually, it’s two years. The 15 has the same processor as the iPhone 14 Pro (A16), while the 16 uses the newer A18 chip.

If you’re in Europe, the price difference is only about €100. For that, you get a better design, more colours, improved battery, a faster chip, and an extra year of software updates. Unless the price difference where you live is over €200, the 16 is the better choice.

Not quite. The iPhone 16 has an improved ultrawide camera that captures more light, so photos look less pixelated. Plus, it adds macro mode to the standard models, and you get extra features like Photographic Styles and a more responsive capture button.

I’m thinking of trading in my Galaxy S22+ for the iPhone 15. The iPhone 16 feels a bit too pricey for me just to get the same storage as my current phone.

If you’re a power user, you might miss some features from Android.

If money isn’t an issue, I’d say go for the iPhone 16. If battery life is your top priority, maybe look at the 16 Plus.

The 16 is much faster and smoother compared to the 15.

If you want Apple’s AI features, go for the iPhone 16. Otherwise, it’s your call.

I got the iPhone 15 and swapped out my old XR for it. It’s been good so far.

Save up and get a Pro version. It’s frustrating to pay so much for a phone with a 60Hz screen and a less impressive display on the standard models.

If you’re upgrading now, the 16 is the better choice. Might as well get the latest and have it last as long as your iPhone X did.

The battery life on the iPhone 16 Plus is incredible.
