I’m upgrading from my old Samsung S10+. Which one is better, iPhone 15 Plus or 16 Plus? What are the pros and cons of each? Would love to hear your thoughts.
The iPhone 16 has AI features, 8GB of RAM, and a faster A18 processor. The 15 has no AI, 6GB of RAM, and an A16 processor. Battery life, display, and cameras are almost identical for both. The 16 has extras like the action button and capture button. If you think those features are worth the extra money, go for the 16. Otherwise, the 15 Plus is a great option with excellent battery life.
@Kai
Exactly… couldn’t have said it better.
Get the 16. It’s worth it.
16 for sure.
The iPhone 16 has the same chip as the Pro models, while the 15 uses a chip that’s already two years old. If you can, wait for the Samsung S25 Ultra if you’re open to Android.
Always go for the latest model if you can afford it.
Why not just get the base iPhone 15 or 16 instead?

The Plus models have better battery life and bigger screens. If those aren’t priorities for you, the base models are great too.
Go for the iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB.

And add a 24-karat gold case while you’re at it. Who even needs 1TB of storage?

Why not? Get both the storage and the gold case.
I had the same question and ended up with the 15 Pro. It has everything I need and more.
Go with the 15.
If you can afford it, get the 16 Plus. I used to have the iPhone 7 Plus, then upgraded to the 15. I should’ve gone for the 15 Plus, but honestly, the base 15 is compact and great too.
Neither. Go with the iPhone 15 Plus. If you prefer something smaller, the base 15 is a better choice.
16, no question.
It depends on what you like. I got the 15 because it’s more than enough for me. I skipped the 16 because I didn’t like the camera design. It reminded me of older Xiaomi phones.
Get the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
I don’t think either of these options make sense for me.
