Hey all, My brother stumbled upon a lost iPhone the other day while walking his dog. The good Samaritan in him wants to return it to the owner, but there’s a snag - it’s locked with some kind of “iCloud” thing.
Now, I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but apparently this iCloud lock means nobody can use the phone without a password or something? My brother tried turning it on, but it keeps asking for an Apple ID and password.
Is there any way to unlock this phone without knowing the owner’s information? We just want to get it back to its rightful owner, but we’re stuck.
Any advice from the iPhone experts out there would be greatly appreciated
