Two weeks only? That means it hasn’t fully set up, and you reset it. You need to have some patience.
How much time did you have to wait?
Assuming you didn’t do anything major, it usually takes about 1-3 weeks.

By the way, is it normal for my battery to still consume power at night when I’m sleeping?

Obviously.

I’m charging it to 100%, and then waiting until it hits 20% to charge again. Is that okay, or do you have a better way?

This comment is empty, admin should fix.
You’re overthinking it. Just let the phone go through the next few charges, or set it up as new. Just use it and check back in two weeks.
I really want the Desert Titanium 16 Pro, but I’m on the 15 Pro Max Natural, and it doesn’t make sense to burn money by switching.
I went through the same thing. Waiting two weeks for a $1000+ phone to adjust is frustrating. I exchanged it for the Max. The battery has been amazing.
Just setting your expectations: I got the 16 Pro about three weeks ago. The battery life isn’t supposed to be amazing, but it should last you a day with normal use. If you use it heavily, you’ll need to charge it mid-day. The phone is designed to be compact with a powerful chip, so this is expected.
