Nice… I’ve had mine since it launched and it still works as great as when I bought it.

9th gen iPad owners are the real MVPs… I regret selling mine every time I think about it.
@Vale
I had to upgrade after my kid accidentally bent mine and cracked it near the magnetic connectors. Otherwise, I’d still be using it.

I already have a mini 6, but this 9th gen was selling for a crazy low price and was in great condition… I couldn’t resist. These usually sell for $300-380 CAD depending on storage, colour, and seller.
The 9th gen iPad is so underrated…

It still has a headphone jack… that’s the best feature for me.

Same here… especially when travelling. It’s perfect for airplanes.
I’ve owned the 8th, 9th, and now the 10th gen iPad. All are great in their own way.

I got the 10th gen for my boyfriend this Christmas. How does it compare to the 9th gen?
@River
The 10th gen works with the Apple Pencil if that’s something he would use.

Good to know, but I didn’t get the pencil lol.

Honestly, an iPad without a pencil feels incomplete. It makes everything way more productive. You should consider getting him one!
@Will
Thanks for the advice… I’ll add it to his gift list.

Actually, the 6th and 9th gen iPads also support the Apple Pencil… just not the one with magnetic charging.
Congrats! Looks like a great find.

Thanks! I wasn’t planning on getting a bigger iPad, but the deal was too good to pass up.
I got mine earlier this fall and it’s been amazing. It’s my third iPad and honestly my favourite, even more than my 11” Pro. I mainly use it for work as a teacher while my Pro is for personal use.

That’s cool! Having a Pro as well must be awesome. I’m excited to get the most out of this one too. This is my third iPad… started with the mini 2 years ago and then the mini 6 recently (my mum loves it now).
@Ali
Yeah, I like the Pro, but honestly I didn’t need it. My last job gave us a tech budget, so I went for it and paired it with a Logitech keyboard case and the Apple Pencil. Sometimes I wish I had gone for the larger Pro, but my MacBook Air covers that gap anyway.
