Is it Possible to talk on one device but listen through other?

I’m not sure if this is possible, but I wanted to check if it’s feasible to use one device for speaking and another for listening. Specifically, I have a clip-on mic designed for iPhone, which occupies the audio jack and prevents me from plugging in headphones to my iPhone. I’d like to talk through the mic connected to my iPhone but listen through my PC. Is there a way to set this up?

You would need two accounts, voice channels force a limit of one client per user at a time.
