iCloud storage sharing isn't working with a family member, even though it's enabled

I am not the admin, but I purchased 200 GB of iCloud storage and want to share it with the family member who is the admin. I have turned on iCloud sharing in Family Sharing, but their storage hasn’t increased from the standard 5 GB to 200 GB. How can we fix this?

I’m having the same problem. I had 2 TB of storage shared with my family, but suddenly one of the non-admin accounts went back to 5 GB. When I check iCloud > Manage Storage, it says the storage is full and suggests upgrading to iCloud+…

The admin account still has the 2 TB, and family sharing is still on.

Check Family Sharing settings, verify storage plan, sign out/in iCloud, update iOS, contact Apple Support.
