I’m not a software developer but new devices have different operating systems and it is very difficult and costly to support all the different types of iOS

Exactly I mentioned this to them about how not everyone can upgrade in this cost of living crisis They really need to think about this or they will lose a lot of players

I got that message too but it’s not our iPads I replied after my iPad was checked because I play other games with higher requirements that have no issues Got a message back that it’s a known problem they are working on fixing it So it’s something wrong on their end

At least they admitted it to you It’s a shame they can’t be open with everyone and just acknowledge it and give a timeframe rather than blame the user who will just lose patience and uninstall Also just like you I’ve never had problems with other games until now I’ve been contacting them for some time and lost quite a few diamonds due to game bugs theirs not ours which they won’t acknowledge despite ongoing replies back and forth
For the record that response is a standard reply to almost every issue
Thanks for the info I have two teammates who play on iPads and in the last 24 hours can’t even open the game app Their main issue before this was being kicked out when trying to play competitions They thought it was because so many people worldwide were playing at the same time I think the new update and changes to tasks in my opinion have to be playing a part

You’re welcome Oh no Get them to report issues to Wooga’s helpdesk via their phones More reports might help make a difference then turn off the beautifications that route which was a big to do for me and hopefully they can get back on their iPads again

Just tap on the seal island if you have it or something like it on the side of your island and change it to blank Do the same for anything else Those are the big ones for me The train not so much

No you can’t sell them I wish They’ll stay in that tab Won’t go in the boat When you tap on them you’ll see options for whether you want it blank or not
