I’m having a mini-crisis here—my iPhone suddenly won’t turn on. I’ve tried charging it, doing a hard reset, and nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips or tricks to get it back to life?

Ugh, that’s frustrating! I’ve been there. Have you tried plugging it into a different charger or outlet? Sometimes a simple change can make a difference.
I have the 11 Pro Max and have been experiencing this issue for approximately a month. And I’ve found that it always happens when I left it charging for an extended period of time. Hard resets will not work. I simply have to wait for it to turn back on, which can take anywhere from 20 minutes to hours.
Yesterday, my boss’s iPhone 7 experienced the same problem. She left it charging overnight, so she missed her alarm. I showed her how to hard reset, and it worked the first time.
My guess is that it’s a software problem. I have an update pending, which I will run soon my phone is back up and running, and I hope it resolves the issue.
