Feeling a bit sick this morning… has anyone else noticed this?

I’ve been wearing my Series 10 to bed since it came out. This morning I felt like I was getting sick and my watch showed signs that I might be. I didn’t pay much attention to the Vitals feature before now.

It’s a great way to tell if you’re getting sick early! It has helped me a lot.

Hope you get better soon!

Wait, hasn’t this feature only been available for a couple of months?

@Sam
It’s been available since Series 8.

No, that’s not right.

@Ira
The vitals app itself is new.

Got it.

@Ira
That’s wrist temperature, but the Vitals app does more than just that.

I can’t figure out why temperature isn’t showing on my watch. It says it needs 7 days for a baseline, but I’ve been wearing it every day for 29 days.

You need to turn on sleep mode when you go to sleep.

@Mai
I have sleep mode on every night, but it’s still not working for me.

Same here, I gave up trying.

Me too, I stopped trying.

@Mai
Wait, do I have to turn on sleep mode manually? Is it the same as setting a sleep schedule? I don’t have a fixed schedule because of work.

You can turn on sleep mode from the options where you set Do Not Disturb and similar settings.

Switch to sleep focus mode before you sleep and turn it off when you wake up. It might turn off automatically when you move around.

Try saying ‘Hey Siri, turn on sleep mode.’

From your phone’s locked screen, swipe down from the top right and turn sleep mode on or off.

Why are there only four readings? I have five on my Series 9.
