I feel like most of my deep sleep happens in the first few hours… is there even a point in staying asleep after that?
Yeah, you should definitely keep sleeping. Deep sleep happens early on, but the other sleep stages are important too. Missing out can mess up your energy levels.
@Noe
Waking up just once a night is supposed to be normal… my sleep tracker looks like a disaster zone though
Same here, so I just stopped sleeping and started getting my energy from uranium instead.

Sounds great, but where are you getting uranium??

Fiestaware plates… one plate keeps me powered for weeks. If I need more, I just take a trip to Chernobyl.
@Rudy
Might go with thorium instead… my local store has a buy-one-get-one deal.
Yeah, sleep has different stages for a reason. Deep sleep is important, but so are the other phases. Try only sleeping two hours and see how awful you feel.
After looking at tons of sleep data from this forum and other places, I’m pretty sure this is normal. I think the brain puts deep sleep first, so even if you wake up early, at least you got that part in.
Yeah, most people get most of their deep sleep in the first few hours. That’s just how it works.
Same here… deep sleep happens early in the night for me too.
Lol, what kinda question is this? Most people need 7-8 hours of sleep. Some get by with less, some need more. If you don’t get enough sleep, it can mess you up in so many ways.
Those sleep graphs aren’t always accurate… honestly, they seem kinda sketchy to me.
