The service that runs folders on a Mac is com.apple.finder. iCloud syncs screen time across devices, so maybe your Mac has just been open on a file browser for a while
I have an issue with daily screen on time. It says 15 and sometimes 18 hours of screen on time a day but really it’s more like 4 and a half, with a lot of grey bars. I think this is a bug since this iPhone isn’t synced with any other Apple devices
