Remove it, I heard that it lowers camera quality.
@Ren
Not facing this issue. The gadget shield ones are of premium quality. My camera quality hasn’t changed at all.

Okay, my bad then
@Ren
How does it lower the quality?
You’re adding another layer of glass in front of your camera, which could reduce the quality, right?

You said ‘lowers’, implying quality drops over time. But yeah, it probably slightly reduces quality.

Sorry, English isn’t my first language.

Dude, remove the protection, the lens is already strong, no need to worry about it.
@Blake
What about scratches?

It won’t scratch easily like the display glass. Apple uses sapphire glass for the camera lens, which is stronger and scratch-resistant. I used my iPhone 11 for 4 years with no scratches, no case or screen protector.
@Peyton
Damn, ok, I’ll get rid of it.

The lens reduces the camera clarity. The glue used to stick it can melt over time and damage the lens.

Why? I cracked my camera on my last phone.

The lens reduces clarity. The glue used to attach it eventually melts and can damage the lens.
@Rey
Is there a good cover for the lens? I don’t want to crack it again.
