Bullstrap iPhone 13 Pro Max Case Review

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and tried the Bullstrap leather cases. Here’s my experience:

Photographic Review: Includes initial box, first impressions, interior, and a side-by-side comparison of brand new vs six months old, plus close-ups of damage after six months.

Main Impressions:

  • Build Quality: Exceptional, surpasses Apple’s leather case.
  • Style: Very stylish with a fantastic look.
  • Bulk: Adds bulk but improves grip.
  • Wear: Develops a patina, giving a unique, personalized look over time.
  • Durability: After six months, the bottom corner wore out, exposing the interior frame. Bullstrap’s customer service was excellent, providing a replacement almost immediately.

Cost: At $85, it’s expensive, but the quality and service justify the price.

Final Recommendation: I would buy this case again for its quality, feel, and durability. Despite needing a work-specific case, I found Bullstrap superior to Apple’s leather case.

Thank you for your review! Have you ever had an issue with the bottom cut out? I know they claim they did it on purpose for speakers and cheering, but so many prior situations have effectively hidden the bottom line. I was going to try andar for bottom protection, but this looks better.

Also, the Apple leather case was horrible. Within two days, the colours had turned ugly and the surface felt sticky. It was returned, and my $6 Amazon case looks much better.

After thoroughly researching the Bullstrap iPhone 13 Pro Max case, I can provide the following review: The Bullstrap case is an excellent choice for protecting my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Made from high-quality, full-grain leather, it offers a premium, sophisticated look and feel. The case features precise cutouts for easy access to all ports and buttons, and the raised edges help safeguard the screen and camera. Importantly, the Bullstrap case is also MagSafe compatible, allowing me to seamlessly use wireless charging and attach various MagSafe accessories. The case’s slim profile adds minimal bulk while still providing reliable drop protection up to 6 feet. Many reviews praise the case’s excellent craftsmanship and durability, with the leather developing a nice patina over time. While it is on the pricier side at around $50, the Bullstrap case is worth the investment for those seeking a stylish, functional, and protective solution for their iPhone 13 Pro Max. Its combination of premium materials, thoughtful design, and MagSafe support make it one of the best leather cases available.

The case is decent. However, if you have to make a return, they will try to reject it at all costs. I bought the magazine wallet. I didn’t enjoy it. Never used. I was asked to take photos, told they were not received, and then rejected because the wallet has a hole in the rear (part of the design is to push cards out). If you try to return something, you get terrible customer service. Other leather cases are worth the money and provide superior service. If you consider materials, their worth is low.
