I bought it sealed from Apple.
Mine is at 91%, and I haven’t noticed any problems.
Stop worrying about the numbers. Use your device however you want—it’s yours. 
The 15 series does have heat issues, but batteries wear out naturally. Replace it when it drops below 80%, and it’ll be fine.
Your phone is basically useless now… send it to me, and I’ll dispose of it for you.
