Apple Watch and Apple Fitness: How to Show All Workout Data?

I can only see the screen for indoor cycling workouts. Is there a way to view this during all workouts? Thanks in advance!!

Go to the workout type like you’re about to start that workout. Tap the three dots, scroll down to preferences, then tap workout view, and turn on or off any views you want for that workout type. Hope that helps.

@Robin
Yes!! This is it! Thank you!!

Go to the workout you want and hit the three dots in the upper right. Scroll down to preferences, then click ‘workout views.’ Scroll down to find heart rate zone and toggle it on. Some workouts don’t have the heart rate zone enabled by default.

Yes! Thank you!

You’re welcome! I really like the heart rate zone screen and was frustrated at first too.

Honestly, it would be great if we could set up custom workouts on the phone. Options like this feel really out of the way on the watch itself.

Swipe up from the main screen for other workouts.

Exactly. When I run, I swipe (or turn the crown) to get to this screen.

It doesn’t show up, only during cycling workouts.

How long have you been indoor cycling?
