No. I have a M2 Pro Mini, looking at I used my previous Mac for about a bit over 7 years I assume that by the time I upgrade the next time there will be quite a bit more change
Maybe. I’ll wait to see what the Mini update has in store. But if I do, I’ll couple it with a studio display and use the iMac as the secondary monitor.
nah
I owned an m1, and traded up to a MacBook Air and studio display. 24” isn’t enough.
I don’t like throwing out a perfectly good display after 6 years. It’s the Mac Mini for me.
I better combine Mac mini with my favourite display.

No, not a 24". We have a 2017 27" iMac which has been a great machine but is now suffering from serious CPU cooling issues and struggling through jerky performance with demands it should handle easily. It’s scheduled to be replaced with a new M4 Mini (already have a Studio Display).
I checked this morning and saw this but didn’t see anything for an M4 MacBook yet, if they launch that I’ll be getting one and it’ll probably be my lifer.
My 2020 Intel MacBook Pro already is but this will be my actual one.
So we’ll see, lol.
Great. m4… finally 16 giga of ram from base level!!! But again 256gigs of memory?! Nooooo, we are in 2024 men!
No, not until they have user replaceable ram and storage.
I’m a Mac mini guy but these are nice
Why does it have to be so damn ugly
Nope, not even for 300$…we need a 32” 6k imac
I love the improvements but I’m still going strong on my 2009 iMac 27 inch. I want a bigger screen and oled would do it for me to upgrade.
Nah. Waiting for the Mac Mini
Happy with my Studio Display and recently purchased M3 pro MacBook Pro 14”.
However, the price dropped by $170 right after I bought the laptop… but too far from a store to be worth exchanging for the difference. I bought it open-box excellent condition, for the same price that the brand new sealed ones just dropped to… but my open-box still had wrapping papers, 2 battery cycles, no damage, and AppleCare + eligible.
No.
Wow! Up to 32GB of RAM? Holy smokes! /s
I wish i had the money to buy one. I’ve wanted one for soooo many years
