Who downvoted you for just not knowing a feature? That’s ridiculous!

I know this is just a test, but do people really use their watch like this? No complications, no measurements, no fitness tracking, no sleep tracking—why even use a smartwatch at this point?
If a regular watch could show notifications, wake me up, track my sleep, and handle a few workouts, I’d definitely consider switching!

I use the California watch face with minimal complications when I’m working or spending time with family. I switch to a different face and band when I need more functionality from the watch.
I just press the side button to check the battery level. That way, I don’t need an ugly battery complication cluttering up my watch face.

I never worry about battery life with my Series 7 or 4. They’ve only died on me a couple of times. As long as I pack a charger when I’m staying overnight somewhere, I’m good to go!
I’ve got the Series 10 (Wi-Fi only), and it’s my first Apple Watch. The battery used to drain so fast before an update, but now it lasts all day. I even sleep with it on to track my sleep.
Does this watch face not show the seconds ticking? Or is it just the two new watch faces in WatchOS 11?
So, in 24 hours, the battery only dropped 44%? That’s not bad at all.

It’s actually 12 hours, like it says in the title.

But the title’s wrong. OP seems to think a day is only 12 hours…
What band is that? Is it the Sport Loop in ink?
I have a Series 9, and I charge it before bed, wear it all night, and it still has 50% left by 10 PM the next day. I’ve got always-on enabled, Siri active, and four complications on the screen.
I’d love to see this test done without always-on mode.
Without always-on, my Series 10 (GPS) lasts easily 40 hours, and that’s with two 30-minute workouts, regular use, notifications, widgets, and sleep tracking for one night.
I’m still getting three days out of my Ultra 1!
Why would you get a smartwatch and not use any smart features on the main screen?

Maybe because there are other reasons to have a smartwatch beyond just cramming the screen full of features?

It’s almost like… it’s still a watch or something.
