I’ve got around 250 cycles and my battery is still at 98%. I haven’t noticed any real difference in performance.

Nope, nothing to worry about.
I have an iPhone 13, and after six months, my battery is at 97%. Batteries are meant to wear out, though.
Your phone’s basically junk now. Time to upgrade.
