I keep seeing posts about people stressing over their iPhone batteries. Honestly, just don’t overthink it. If your phone lasts a decent amount of time, there’s no need to panic. When it gets to the point where it dies after a few minutes, then maybe consider replacing it. Otherwise, you’re good. If you’re worried about battery life over the years, maybe get a MagSafe pack or keep chargers handy. Just enjoy your phone without worrying so much.
I’ve never heard someone call it a ‘tank’ before.

I said tank because if I use the actual word, the forum won’t let me post.

Did it ever occur to you that the rule was made for a reason?
Wait, are we talking about battle tanks? I didn’t know iPhones came with those.

@Denver
Wow, over 1100 charging cycles and it’s still at 81%. That’s pretty solid.
Can mods just ban these posts? Nobody wants to hear about your battery issues. Maybe create a battery-only forum.

They actually banned all battery posts in the iPhone 14 Pro section because it was getting out of hand.

Some people still manage to get around it by posting screenshots or calling it tanks, juice, or cells.
If you save just one dollar every month, you could replace your battery in 4-5 years without any stress.

That’s a pretty smart way to think about it, honestly.

True.
You can always swap the battery after three years if it drops below 80%.
What’s a tank?
