What are some apps you use that nobody else seems to know about?

Share your hidden gems here… What apps do you swear by that nobody else seems to know about?

Organic Maps is great for finding little walking paths that Apple and Google Maps usually miss unless you zoom way in.

Orion is like Safari but with real support for uBlock Origin, which makes browsing way smoother.

Pass4Wallet is awesome for creating wallet cards with QR codes and other visual codes that you can’t usually add to Apple Wallet.

@Avi
I’ve been looking for something like Pass4Wallet forever… Thanks for sharing! Definitely gonna try the other apps too.

@Avi
Orion with uBlock is definitely a must-have.

Nice profile pic, by the way.

Works great on Mac, but I thought uBlock doesn’t actually work on iOS with Orion… like it doesn’t block anything.

Doesn’t Orion have a built-in ad blocker though?

@Lorin
Yeah, it does.

Rainymood is my go-to for sleeping… it’s just four rain and storm sounds on a loop, but it’s been helping me sleep for years.

I used to use that too, but iOS has rain sounds built-in now. You can find them in the control centre.

@Mckinley
Yeah, I know… but I’m just too used to that specific rain sound after all these years.

Pass4Wallet lets you put any loyalty card, ticket or coupon with a barcode or QR code into your wallet. Super convenient.

Does it work with transit cards? Apple Wallet doesn’t support my country’s travel card (Australia).

MapRedirect is a lifesaver… it makes every place you search on Google open in Apple Maps instead of the browser. Saves so much hassle.

That sounds like a dream come true.

@Oli
Totally… couldn’t live without it now.

Thanks for the tip! Exactly what I needed.

@Ripley
Happy to help .

FileBrowser from Stratospherix is amazing… it basically gives your device a real file system. You can read files, watch videos, check photos, move stuff around, and even connect to cloud storage or Windows shares.

@Laurel
Wait, do threads like this get deleted a lot? Why would they?
