I didn’t feel like doing anything this morning, not even lifting anything. Then I got a notification and thought ‘maybe I should just go easy and do a light workout at least.’ Looking back, I totally tricked myself, starting with the ‘light’ workout and somehow ended up doing the full session with heavy lifting
How do you trick yourself to work out when you’re not feeling it?
I find that just putting on my shoes and heading to the gym always leads to ‘I might as well just do it now…’ That, and my training load was showing a negative 78% today. Ouch.

Is there a bakery close to your gym? Maybe that’ll help motivate you to get there!
How do you find the app? Does it kill your phone’s battery?
I trained for almost an hour this morning, and it’s now 3 PM where I am. My battery is at 48%. I’ll check tomorrow after my workout and update you on battery drain.

Wow, you’re doing 35KG on the overhead press! I’m stuck at 30KG for sets of 2-3, about 10 reps each, but I think it’ll take me a while to get to 35KG.
Thanks! Honestly, I’m lucky with naturally strong triceps
That app looks amazing! I’m going to try it as soon as I find the motivation to work out again, which is probably hidden in some dark corner of my house.

I always feel so much better after a workout, even if I’m sore. It clears my mind, and that feeling is what gets me back to the gym again.
@Vesper
I guess I’m not doing it right then. My biggest problem is not having a solid routine. I have a whole gym at home but always end up asking myself ‘should I do rows or lat pull downs? Or should I go with bicep curls or leg extensions?’ It’s tough to stick to one plan. I guess listing all the exercises could help, though.
