My laptop runs Windows 10 (1803), and I have iOS 12.1 and iTunes 12.9.1.4. The phone is detected by iTunes, but Windows Explorer is unable to map it. I have tried USB 3.0 and 2.0 connections, different cords, reloading iTunes, and uninstalling the USB drivers, and nothing has worked. Does anyone know of any ideas?
