I got mine through Rogers (I’m in Canada). They originally sent me black without asking for a colour choice, but they replaced it for free.

Wow, you’re lucky. I asked to change the colour, but they said I’d lose 20–25% value once opened. Feels like a scam to me.

With Apple, you can return it within 14 days and exchange it for a new one.
