So my neighbour gave me this ‘iPhone’ for free, but it turns out it’s just a fake Android. The camera is awful, and the sound too. It came with 5% battery and won’t even charge. But honestly, it looks really convincing, even came in a real iPhone box. Anyone else have this happen?
Well, at least you got the real iPhone box
Can we see the front? I saw something similar once… looked like an iPhone X but was some other model disguised as a Pro Max. Kinda funny.
Did they buy it from a store, or was it secondhand? I’ve heard of people sneaking fakes into real boxes and returning them… sometimes stores don’t check properly.

No, we’re in Europe, and there’s no Target here.

Plus, they didn’t even buy it. A friend gave it to them.
How does it run? Is it trying to look like iOS on an Android?

Yeah, the screen looks similar to an iPhone, but it feels like sandpaper. And if you open the files, it’s obviously Android. Has folders like:

Totally fake.
Probably shouldn’t trust your neighbour again

Nah, they were straight up that it’s fake and said I could try to sell it if I wanted.

Sell it?
@Weston
No way, I’m not gonna scam anyone.
You could sell it as a fake… there are people who collect replica iPhones.

Really? Where? If I can get like $20, maybe I’ll send you a cut.
@Sky
Try eBay or Facebook Marketplace. List it as ‘replica iPhone, Android.’ Also, look at some forums about replica tech to get an idea on prices.

Why don’t they sell it themselves?
@Ellis
Because they’re smart. They might get into trouble, so they passed it to you instead.

Actually, Android cameras can be good. I just meant this one is bad.
