Feels like a small victory! Who else keeps track of this?
I’m more of a ‘stay in bed’ kind of person.

I actually managed this once when flying from New Zealand to the US. Time zones are wild!
Did you manage to get the rare 2X Stand?
Are you okay? Just checking in.
Now turn north and embrace your destiny.
How’s your sleep goal looking? Technically, you could wake up every hour and stand for a minute. Sounds like good training for new parents.

I found a loophole… Stand at 59 minutes past the hour, then again at 1 minute past the next hour. That gives me 118 minutes of sleep between rounds!

Life happens. Sometimes you just have to push through the night. I’ve had work shifts that turned into all-nighters, no choice in the matter. Would’ve been nice if my watch told my boss to send me home.

Some jobs have 24- or even 48-hour shifts. You just sleep when you can.

My longest was 47 hours straight. I know someone who went 66 hours once.

Math teachers everywhere are crying right now.
Did this once while traveling. We need an award for ‘Sit Down Already.’
