Netflix has finally added a feature that lets iPhone and iPad users download entire seasons with just one click. This is a big deal for anyone who likes to watch shows offline, especially when traveling or in areas with poor internet connection.
This is going to be so useful when I’m trying to squeeze in one last download before my flight takes off.

It’s funny how we all have the same struggles.

Imagine if our phones could predict how many episodes we’d watch before a flight and download just the right amount. That’s the future I’m waiting for.
@leila
Siri would probably say it can’t do that while you’re driving.
@leila
Instead of that, how about we get more emojis?

You should check out The Egg. It’s a great watch.

This is when 5G actually matters, that last-minute desperation.

I always think I can make it in time, but it never works out.

I travel a lot for work, and this is my life. It’s always a race to download episodes before I lose signal.
It’s surprising this wasn’t available sooner.

I know, right? Why wasn’t this a thing from the beginning?

Maybe they were waiting to hit a certain price point before adding it.
@Phoenix
I might have believed that if you didn’t add the sarcasm tag.

WhatsApp has had multi-account support on Android for a while. Some apps are just better on Android because there are more Android users.
@Olin
I really miss Apollo.
@Olin
I think iPhone and iPad apps are still better overall. Apple’s design guidelines push developers to make better apps. On Android, there’s more freedom, but that can lead to inconsistent designs.

Can you give examples? I use similar apps on both platforms and don’t see much difference. The design issues you mention happen on both.
@Briar
For example, browsers on Android don’t compare to Safari. Firefox has a weird purple theme in dark mode, and Edge is too basic. Chrome is out of the question without an ad blocker. Vivaldi is decent, but Safari is still better.
@DavidEvans2
Firefox actually has swipe gestures for tabs on Android, which iOS doesn’t have. And there’s no great Reddit app on iOS. Relay on Android is way better. The keyboard apps on iOS are also not great.
