See your doctor; oxygen saturation that low could be a lung or heart issue.
It’s just wrong readings because of movement. When I make a controlled reading, it always measures +96%.

@Kai
Mine does not look like that at all. I only have one or two drops to 90-92 every few days, and the rest are 96+ and usually 99 or 100.
Do you wear your watch band super loose?
Have you actually seen a doctor?
@Kai
A little loose, yes. I have seen my doctor. I can get checked again, but as I said before, when I make a manual reading, it always measures more than 96%. Always.

What checks does your doctor perform? I’m curious about the tests to confirm if there are any irregularities.
@Kip
Others can answer better than me, but a cardiologist can check the heart with more than one derivation.
@Kai
I see. When I was able to measure the pulse oximeter, it was never off for me. I didn’t think it measured if you moved around.

That’s why many measurements aren’t accurate.

By the way, I live at 2000m above sea level.

80 is low. I’m in Colorado, and my pulmonologist said 88 is the lowest you should go for that altitude. You’re at a higher altitude than me (assuming that’s meters), but you might still want to get it checked out.
@Quinn
They’re just wrong readings. If I take a manual reading, it always measures more than 96%. Always.
@Kai
Try wearing it tighter for a week and see if there’s a difference.
So you want me to buy one?
The main reason I chose the Series 8 was because of the O2 sensor.
The numbers in the screenshot seem normal, though? Where did you get 88% from?
Does the Series 6 work well enough?

My Series 6 tracks my SpO2 fine.
I went to check mine, and it’s the same – 87-100%. I guess I need to find a cardiologist just to be sure…
Arctic_27, how did they officially diagnose it at the cardiologist? EKG? Echo?

Following.
