You really can’t tell the difference most of the time. It’s like bragging about having a 800hz refresh rate when it doesn’t change much in daily use.

Only someone with a 60hz screen would say that. You’ll notice the difference with 120hz. Everyone does.

I bought the iPhone 16, then returned it for the 16 Pro after seeing the ProMotion display. The difference is noticeable most of the time.

You can easily tell the difference when scrolling through apps like Reddit or TikTok. With static content, it doesn’t matter as much, but turning off 120hz makes it feel slower.

I have both the 16 Plus and 14 Pro Max, and 60hz is pretty rough. 120hz OLED looks so much better. It’s a shame.
