I just got the iPhone 16 and noticed the battery dies a lot faster than what I’ve experienced with new iPhones before.
Has anyone else had the same issue?
I use my phone a lot, and I usually get about 8-9 hours of screen time in a day.

Yeah, I play COD for about 4 hours, watch 3 episodes of House of Cards, and end up at 30%. After 2 hours of Instagram and TikTok, I’m down to 20% before I go to sleep and charge it to 80% overnight.

I keep it on medium, but I’ve got raise to wake, background refresh, and Siri turned off most of the time.
Give it some time. Mine felt the same way during the first week, but it got better after that.
Yeah, I turned off Apple Intelligence, and the battery life improved for me.
Mine has been fine. It lasts the whole day, and I’ve set the charge limit to 80%.

Hmm, not sure why mine drains so quickly then. It’s a new phone, and I’ve already followed the tips shared here. Really odd.

I just had to share my experience this morning because it’s been bothering me.
Turn off Garbo-Intelligence and Siri voice recognition.

Yeah, I’ve already turned those off, but the battery still drains faster than I expected.
Battery life is great on mine.
Try switching to Dark Mode. It could save quite a bit of battery.

I already use Dark Mode, and my brightness is usually low. So, that’s not it.
