Anyone else feel like the base iPhone 15 camera is bad… how do I fix this

I thought mine was bad too, but then I realised the lens protector I put on was messing up the photos.

I don’t have one on mine though.

Try enabling the 48MP mode for better detail.

I tried that, but it didn’t make much difference.

Maybe it’s not the camera that’s bad but how you’re using it.

I’ve taken some stunning pictures with my iPhone 15 Plus. It’s miles ahead of my old Galaxy S21.

It’s been great for me. The only downside is the lack of RAW photo support.

I switched from an iPhone X and kinda see what you mean. Something feels a bit off, especially in darker settings. It’s not bad, but the photos do feel a bit different. You may need to tweak the image settings after taking a picture.

@Ellery
Finally, someone gets it! Thank you.

Could be the hardware, a lens protector, or smudges. Compare your phone to another iPhone 15 to check.
